NEXOVE

Software development for products that stay running.

We build software we are willing to operate: auth that holds, deploys you can trust, and observability when something breaks at 2am. If you need a disposable brochure site, we are the wrong partner. If you need a product that will still be online next year, keep reading.

What we build

Web applications, multi-tenant SaaS, internal tools and platform layers that other products sit on. We care about tenancy boundaries, identity, data models and the boring reliability work that marketing pages skip.

Creative technology and WebGL projects exist in our history, but this hub is about software you run as a product or internal system - not a one-night launch microsite.

Proof: the NEXOVE One suite we operate

NEXOVE One is live software under our name: One, Mail, Storage, Notebook, Tables, Record, Auth and Write, with Presentation and Calendar in development. Sign in with NEXOVE is the identity spine. Platforms such as Pulse, My Artist Nation, Let Me Generate and Discography show independent products outside the suite.

Operating our own catalog keeps estimates honest. We know what deploys, support and identity cost because we pay those costs ourselves.

Stack and architecture choices

We choose stacks for the job: clarity of tenancy, deploy path, team familiarity and long-term maintainability. We avoid fashion for its own sake. When we recommend a managed service, we say what lock-in you accept.

Architecture reviews happen before the build sprint, not after the first outage.

Quality bar

Auth that uses modern protocols where appropriate, environments that match production closely enough to catch surprises, deploy pipelines with review, observability on critical paths, and accessibility as a baseline - not a late patch.

We will tell you when a shortcut creates debt you will regret in six months.

Engagement models

Project: fixed scope with clear deliverables. Squad: embedded capacity with shared backlog. Co-Build: venture-style partnership on held seeds (apply on nexove.in). Pick the model that matches ownership and risk, not the one that sounds premium.

Cost and timeline drivers

Typical market ranges swing with integrations, data migration, compliance, design maturity and whether you already have staging. We discuss drivers before quoting. A low bid that ignores migration is not a bargain.

How to choose a development partner (checklist)

Ask who operates what they ship. Ask for a real auth and deploy story. Ask how they handle tenancy and logs. Ask when they refuse work. Ask for proof that is linkable, not a logo wall. If answers are vague, keep interviewing.

FAQ

Do you build MVPs?

Yes, when the MVP has a real path to production. A throwaway prototype with no operate plan is a different conversation - see the MVP glossary term.

Where does product engineering differ?

Product engineering covers discovery through operation with stronger emphasis on lifecycle and modernization. This hub focuses on building software that stays up.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. Squad-style engagements assume shared ownership and clear interfaces.

Do you rewrite legacy systems?

When modernization beats patching. We start with risk and seams, not a full rewrite slogan.

What about AI features inside the product?

We add agents or RAG when the job is clear. See the AI agents hub for scoped agent work.

How do project briefs work?

Send them through Labs contact. Sales email is [email protected].

Is NEXOVE an outsourcing body shop?

No. We are a product-led group with Labs as the engineering division. Headcount theatre is not the offer.

Which time zone do you use?

IST (UTC+5:30), with async-friendly delivery for worldwide clients.
